We’re a boutique travel advisory based in Vancouver, Washington, specializing in personalized travel planning for every type of traveler. From honeymoons and luxury getaways to family adventures and group escapes, we design every itinerary around your unique travel style.

How does working with a travel advisor benefit me?

When you book with Oak & Atlas, you’re getting more than just reservations — you’re getting insider access, personalized guidance, and support before, during, and after your trip. We handle the details, provide 24/7 support while you travel, and often secure exclusive perks and upgrades through our partnership with Fora Travel.

Do you charge a planning or service fee?

For most trips, we do not charge fees for standard hotel bookings or simple itineraries. However, for complex trips (multi-destination itineraries, group travel, or custom experiences), a planning fee may apply, which will always be discussed upfront before any work begins.

What types of travel do you specialize in?

We love curating experiences of all kinds, from romantic honeymoons and luxury escapes to family vacations, adventure trips, and cultural getaways. We also design custom itineraries for milestone celebrations and unique destinations around the world.

Do I pay extra to book through you?

Not at all! Most of the time, you’ll pay the same rates you’d find online — and often less — while gaining access to exclusive amenities like complimentary breakfast, resort credits, room upgrades, and other VIP perks through our global network of partners.

How do you get paid?

We’re compensated through commissions paid by hotels, cruise lines, and travel partners once your trip is completed. For trips requiring extra research, coordination, or special bookings, we may charge a planning fee that’s clearly outlined in advance.

What if something goes wrong during my trip?

We’re here for you every step of the way. You’ll have access to 24/7 support through both Oak & Atlas Travel and our travel partners. Whether you need help with a flight change, lost luggage, or a hotel issue, we’ll advocate on your behalf and work quickly to resolve it.
